Addison had never wanted to go back to Seattle, but now, in 2031, she found herself travelling back to Seattle to see her son on his first day as a hospital intern at grey Sloan memorial. Henry had always been a clever child and so he was starting his internship at 20 (instead of 24).
On the plane Addison had thought of what she was going to do when she arrived. Callie and Arizona where in New York so she couldn't see them. she was staying with Amelia and her husband link. They had 4 children scout Lincoln-Shepard (9), Jem Lincoln-Shepard (7), Maudie Lincoln-Shepard (6) and Mayella Lincoln-Shepard (3). Addison knew the house was going to be crowded and the only other person she could meet up with was Meredith.
Although Derek had been dead for 16 years she still held a small grudge toward the woman who stole her husband. Addison knew this was irrational, she had moved on and was even married to Jake for 4 years. After realising she had no right to hold a grudge after all this time, Addison decided to make plans to meet up with Meredith.
