Here's a short-ish one for now bc I was working on a pretty long one but I'm not super happy with it and might just scrap it :(

- Ron and Hermione find out that Harry and Draco are secretly dating / Ron and Hermione catch Harry and Draco on a date -

Ron and Hermione told Harry that they were going home for the holidays, but last minute - extremely last minute - had decided to stay so they could spend time together. They went to tell him, but he was nowhere to be found. Figuring he would turn up later, they headed to Hogsmeade. They had arrived outside the three broomsticks and looked in the window.

"Look Ron! There's Harry!" Hermione pointed out, spotting Harry at a table inside. She hurried towards the door. Ron grabbed her arm.

"Oi, wait! He's with someone." Ron said, pulling her back to the window. They stared at the head of blonde hair, waiting for this mysterious someone to turn around and show their face. When the person turned and happened to be Draco Malfoy, the two were shocked.

"Malfoy?" Ron whispered to Hermione. "What's he doing there?" They stared intently, almost waiting to see if a fight was about to break out. What happened was quite the opposite. Ron and Hermione watched the two simply talking for about a minute, then witnessed Draco lean forwards and give Harry a brief kiss on the lips, before standing and leaving the table. They looked from the window back at each other, mouths hanging open. 

"I had a feeling!" Hermione exclaimed.

"No you didn't, you never shared these theories with me!" Ron countered in surprise.

"I just didn't tell you in case I was wrong." She said smugly. "Come on, lets go!" They hurried inside, rushing over to Harry's table. Harry turned a bit pink and his eyes widened when he saw them approaching. 'Uh oh. Did they see that?' Harry thought to himself. Spoiler alert, they had. 

"Harry!" Hermione shouted, plopping herself next to him in the booth. "You and Draco?!" She said, a grin on her face. Harry flushed and rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly.

"Ah, so you saw." He said with a nervous chuckle. 

"Mate, why didn't you tell us?" Ron said, shoving Harry's shoulder. 

"First of all, why are you two here?" Harry asked, confused. 

"We made a last minute decision. But never mind that, how long?" Hermione asked excitedly. 

"Er...  around 13 months." Harry said, looking up at her meekly. Ron and Hermione looked at each other briefly before beginning to scold Harry for keeping this from them for so long. 

"Okay, okay, okay" Hermione said, ceasing the scolding. "Is Draco coming back?"

"Yeah he'll be back soon, he's just gone to the bathroom." Harry replied. 

"When he comes back, tell him what happened and ask if we can join you, okay? We want you to properly introduce him as your boyfriend, you guys pretended to be enemies for Christ's sake!" She informed. Harry let out a long sigh and nodded with a smile.

"Alright, we'll go back out and come back after you tell him in case he doesn't want to be grilled right now. Sound good?" Ron asked. Harry nodded once again and the two scurried back out the door. Just as they were exiting, Draco came back around the corner and made his way to the table.

"Hey, babe." He greeted with a smile. He laughed at Harry's blushing face and wide eyes. "Everything alright?"

"Well basically, long story short, Ron and Hermione decided to stay for the holidays and came here. They saw us kissing through the window and then came in and yelled at me for not telling them. Now they want to know if they can come join us and interview you as if they were my parents." He explained, causing Draco's mouth to hang open.

"Wow. What a time to be in the bathroom." He said with a laugh. "Sure, bring on the questions. It's about time they know anyway, I wanted you to tell them." The two boys looked out the window, to see Ron and Hermione staring shamelessly at them through it. Upon eye contact, Ron held a thumbs up in question. Harry nodded and laughed, and the two standing outside rushed back in. Harry squeezed Draco's hand under the table. This should be interesting.
