in this story it's after graduating Hogwarts and Harry and Draco live together also I have no idea what Draco's job is but apparently he uses a laptop for it so just pretend that he learned to use electronics/muggle appliances

this one is short and fluffy, hope u enjoy and ily :)

- Harry wants to spend time with Draco but he's busy working -

Harry sat with his legs crossed on the couch, eyes scanning the words of his book. He peeked over the edge to see his boyfriend transfixed on his laptop. It was a Saturday afternoon, and Draco had been working all day. Harry shut the book and put it on the coffee table. He flopped over on the couch dramatically.

"Drayyy" He whined, looking up at the blonde with pouting eyes. "Attention. Please. Now." Draco sighed and didn't take his eyes away from the screen.

"I'm working, love." He said sadly. Harry worked as an auror, so his work was mostly in person. Draco however, mostly worked from home and had been extremely busy at work as of recently. This meant that he spent many of his weekends working. Harry frowned. He wished he could spend more time with Draco on the weekends, and not just be in his company. He huffed, sitting back up and reopening his book. After a couple of minutes, Harry got an idea. He put down the book once again and stood. He walked over to Draco and pushed the laptop away from his hands. "Harry, wha-" He began, but was cut off by Harry climbing into his lap. Harry wrapped his arms and legs around Draco's body and held him tightly. He buried his face into Draco's shoulder.

{side note - this kinda sounds like harry is.... straddling him... but yk that thing where people sat on/hugged their bf while he was gaming? imagine that lmfao}

"You may proceed." He said, voice muffled by Draco's shirt. Draco laughed and hugged Harry for a brief moment. He pressed a kiss to Harry's head and returned to typing on his laptop. Harry liked this better, he enjoyed Draco's warmth, and the sound of his breathing. It made him feel calm and safe. He soon felt his eyelids get heavy, and he allowed them to shut. He began to slip in and out of consciousness, before he finally fell asleep. 

Roughly an hour had passed when Draco paused to stretch. He looked at the boy snoring softly in his arms, eyes full of love. He wrapped his arms around Harry and held him, letting out a long sigh. He felt guilty for being so busy, he knew that Harry deserved more attention. He hesitated for a moment, thinking. 

"You know what..." He muttered to himself, reaching for his laptop again. He shot his boss a quick email before shutting the laptop and pushing it away. He glanced at the clock. It was only early evening, but he didn't want to wake Harry. He put his arms around him once again and stood, holding him close. He slowly walked them into their bedroom, being careful not to drop Harry. He laid them down on the bed and sighed in relief. Harry stirred, blinking his eyes open. He pulled his arms away from Draco to stretch. He smiled at his boyfriend, who's face was close to his on the bed.

"Still working?" He asked with a yawn. Draco kissed Harry's forehead.

"Not anymore." He said, smiling. Harry happily snuggled into Draco's chest. "I vote that we just lay in bed and watch movies for the rest of the day, hm?" He put forth, earning a content hum from Harry. As he reached to grab the remote, Harry sat up in bed. He guided Draco's head to his lap. Draco picked out a movie and Harry carded his fingers through his soft hair. Draco melted into Harry's touch, feeling himself relax. This was all they both wanted, to spend time together. As much as they worked, it just made the time they had together feel more special.
