"Ahhh!" shouted the woman.
"Ahhh!"
"What are you doing here? You weren't supposed to be home right now." The woman asked Om .
"Look who's saying! You broke into my house.!" Om replied still holding the knife.
"What is going on? Om first keep the knife down." Came a male voice.
"Shivaay?" Om asked surprised.
Om came across the kitchen platform and hugged his elder brother. The brother too reciprocated the hug.
"Dekho to jara, pehele dekha bhabhi ko par gale lag raha hai bhai ko. Hamare to bohot hi bure aagaye hai." Anika, Om's sister in law mocked him.
" Ani I missed you too." Saying this Om went and hugged her.
" Oh my god Om, she is your bhabhi, show some respect." Came another mocking voice. It was Om's younger brother Rudra.
"Rudy!" Om went and hugged him too.
"Who else has come?"' Om asked the three most favorite people of his life.
"Why, are we not enough?" Rudra asked making a sad face.
"Shut up Rudra." Said Shivaay.
After mingling with them for some time, it was time for dinner. Om, Shivaay, Rudra and Anika were sitting in the living room and catching up.
Anika's Pov:
We surprised Om today, it was so fun. But something is different today, in his house. There were colors in his living room, like actual flowers. I wondered who had got them, certainly Om hadn't. Maybe he found someone, who would fill colors in his life. I was wondering who had bought the tulips when the bell rung.
I quickly got up and opened the door that revealed a beautiful petite girl with a bag of groceries. Both her and I looked surprised to see each other. I thought for a second if it was her; who was responsible for the flowers.
"Hi? Is Om home?" she asked me with a lot of confusion in her voice.
Pov ends:
"Hi? Is Om home?" Om, who was sitting on the couch with his brothers quickly recognized the voice and got up from the couch.
"Gauri, hi come in." Om requested.
"Gauri?" Anika, Shivaay, Rudra said in a curious tone. They knew that Om was not very interested in relationships ever since his previous girlfriend. And to see such a beautiful girl standing at the door they were just surprised.
Om quickly understood what these 3 were implying and felt an urgent need to introduce Gauri.
"Gauri, meet my elder brother Shivaay, younger brother Rudra, and the best sister in law Ani, Anika. Shivaay, Anika, Rudy meet Gauri my neighbor and friend." Om introduced them to each other.
Gauri greeted them by shaking hands,
"Om speaks very highly of you." She said to Shivaay as she had heard a lot about him from Om .
"It's good to know." Shivaay replied with a welcoming smile.
"Does he ever, you know praise me in front of you?" Rudy asked Gauri as she was shaking hands with him.
"He does, tells me to take some tips from you on fitness." Gauri replied laughing.
"Tell me, are you the one who got flowers in this White House?" Anika asked Gauri with a smirk.
"Yes,should have I not? Om tells me about his sister; but you more than Priyanka."Gauri asked Anika thinking she was a very strict person.
"Really! As much as I loved Om, I am going to love you more." Anika replied with a jolly smile and quickly hugged Gauri.
