Gauri was shocked and so was Om. Gauri did not respond in the kiss. She felt disgusted. She kept her hand on Andrew's chest to push him away, but Om took this otherwise. Gauri suddenly saw Om's reflection in one of the mirrors of the shop and saw him leave with an angry face. Gauri quickly pushed Andrew away, and held his wrist tight enough to pierce her nails in.

"What do you think you were doing?" Gauri asked angrily.

"I just kissed you alright, no big deal." Andrew said casually trying to free his hand.

"No big deal?" she asked surprised.

"If you ever so much as touch me with such intentions again, I will so not spare your self-respect. Don't ever underestimate me. You know very well I can hurt you. I have just pierced my nails right now, I wouldn't think twice to slap you in front of people." Gauri said gritting her teeth as she increased the pressure on his wrist.

She quickly left his hand and went out of the shop.

Andrew came behind her and held her hand softly.

"I am sorry ok. I was just so lost in you. You were looking beautiful and I couldn't stop myself." He said tucking her hair strands behind her ear.

Gauri slapped away his hands.

"You are lying." Gauri said glaring at Andrew.

 She was right.

"Fine; I saw Om outside the shop. He was looking at you and a wave of jealousy came in me, I am sorry but I couldn't stop myself. Just give me one more chance and everything will be back like it used to be." Andrew said thinking Gauri would actually listen to him.

"You what?! How big of an idiotic insecure freak can you be? When there is nothing to be insecure of? I don't wanna be with you! I told you I can't go back to where we used to be. Ugh, you disgust me. Why would you do that to Om?" Gauri said.

"I refuse to believe that this was the guy that I loved for 5 freaking years." Gauri thought while she left from there.

Gauri came home and was opening her door when she heard glass shattering from Om's house.

She quickly went there, the door was open. Gauri walked in and saw that there was glass shattered on the floor.

"Om what is all this?" Gauri asked trying to reach him through all those glass pieces.

"Why? Why did you call me back here? I was trying to have a break from all this Andrew-Gauri drama. Why did you lie to me that day? Huh? You looked me in the eye and said that there were no flames rising up again between you two? Suddenly I am back and flames are burning between you both?" Om asked in a bit drunken state.

He was sad and angry and hurt after what he had seen.

"Om..." Gauri was about to say something when he cut her off.

"Don't even start with your lies. Tell me, why were you in that shop? Buying a wedding dress I presume? And why are you here now? Why did you lie in my face? You have no idea how much it hurts to see him with you. I was fine until he came back and you both talked because you wanted to catch up. It was normal; he was your first love and all. I didn't know he got you in his arms in just a few weeks. Or has he managed to get you in bed too? Tell me today for once, me or him?"

Gauri was furious after hearing Om's words. She was sick of the way men around her were treating her.

"How could you stoop so low? I thought you would understand my situation..." Gauri said when Om cut her off again.

"Sure, you are going through such midlife crisis, aren't you?" Om taunted.

"Listen to me! How can you even think like that? Getting in his bed? Do you really think that is what I was doing when you were on your little trip back home? You wanna know what I was doing in that shop? Yes, I was there for a shopping a wedding dress, not for mine. For his sister's wedding. I went there because he literally pleaded me. And no, I didn't lie in your face now or ever! It was the truth when I said that there was nothing going on with me and Andrew! It was the truth when I said that I was just catching up with him. How can you even ask me to choose between you and him? Honestly, I don't even know why I am explaining all this to you." Gauri said holding her head.

Om was not completely in his senses, he was half drunk.

"Sure, you weren't kissing him now BECAUSE you both aren't together or something. Nice going" Om said showing her thumbs up and turned to leave for his bedroom.

"Ok, enough." Gauri said. She moved towards him and stopped him.

"For the last time, we are not together! I did not know that he was going to kiss me. And for the record, I taught him a lesson for his wrongful doing." Gauri said trying to explain.

"Why are you even explaining this to me? I am not even interested and I hardly believe how much of all this is the truth. Just go." Om said holding the scotch bottle to his mouth and gulping down big sips through it.
