#55 "When Seducing Went Wrong" (part 2)

I'm off to Hu Yide hospital in order to seduce the most cold hearted character of this book —doctor Jeon Wonwoo.

According from the original story, the leading lady will appear in the four leading men's lives on June. That means I only have three months left. Can I really win their hearts by force?

"Don't worry. As long as I have the book, I can pull this off."

After cheering myself, I was called by the nurse. She brought me inside and then gave my information paper to the guy whom my eyes caught in instant. So as our gazes encountered each other, my universe has ceased.

He is sitting near the window, where the AC breeze swayed the white curtains and shook his black hair a little. Upon further observing, the sunlight makes his hair a little blueish.

While I am walking towards, I remembered how the book described him:

[ He is a tall man who tends to crook while he was seated so he looks small. Nevertheless, his appearance is mighty, in a way no one won't hesitate to follow his pace. His one-lid eyes are rigid, like fox's; it matched well with his straight brows which rarely moves up and down. He has a small yet pointed nose and thin lips that always pursed in line. Wonwoo is a man infamous for not showing emotions, unless a cat has appeared and that's when a sweet smile formed on his face.]

He really looks like a prince in his blue cloaks; walking in the snowy field with a sword on his hand.

Filled with admiration, I didn't realize that I'm already seated in front of him.

There's no need for me to fall for him. Why? Because while reading the book, he already captured my heart.

"(Y/n), " he read my full name. "May I know since when did you feel that throbbing pain in your head?"

"This morning," I said with a smile.

"Hmmm. Then, in 1-10, how much will you scale your pain?"

"9.5"

"I see. Did you take any medicine before coming here?"

"No."

"Then do you still feel the pain in your head?"

"Yes!"

"But you ...don't look like you're suffering from a 9.5 scale of pain."

My smile faded in instant then I caught my forehead with my palm. "Oh gosh~ it really hurts."

When I peeked at him, I saw him sighed a little. Am I too obvious?

"Okay. First, let's check your blood," he said before he wrote on my information paper. "My nurse will take you somewhere to have a sample of your blood. Then, you'll have to wait 20-30 minutes in front of the laboratory. After you got your result, come back here."

"Okay doc."

"Nurse! Get a blood sample of her."

The nurse offered me to stand up and so I did. When I reached the door, that's when I realized what's coming in front of me.

BLOOD?! OH SH*T!

In front of the laboratory, I held my blood result with pale face. They only took a few of my blood yet I feel like dying already. Damn it.

Excited to go back to Doctor Jeon, I was halted when I saw a middle-age looking woman from afar who entered his place. She is a fierce looking short brown hair woman in her doctor gown. I'm not sure, but she reminds me of Wonwoo's stepmother from the story —the person responsible for Wonwoo's painful memories since his childhood days.
