Chapter 9: Love Potion

Garroth's POV:

Kim just ran out and now I have to find her. "What the hell is wrong with you?!", I asked or shouted at Lily. She was the same girl who was bullying Kim when I first met her at the mall while she was working.

"I just got rid of her. Now let's spice thing up shall we.", she said getting closer to me.

"I'm sorry I'm allergic to chilidogs.", I lied knowing what she was implying.

"No, I mean-."

"It doesn't matter what you mean I- You know what- I'll be right back."

"Okay handsome, you know where I'll be when you get back.", she said has she turned to go into another room. I shivered at her statement. I ran out of the building looking for Kim. I made my ears and tail appear so I could find her easily by finding her scent and listening for her. Kim where are you?

Lily's POV

I know that guy was just playing dumb to get away. I can tell he has a thing for Kim. What does she have that I don't!? But I remember seeing him at the mall defending Kim. A waste of time really. But let's cause some drama shall we. He's obviously looking for Kim, so...

I walked over to a cupboard and took out a pink potion and a yellow one. The yellow would make me look land sound like any one person I want for a short amount of time while the pink while make the drinker fall helplessly in love with the first person they see. Ooh! This is going to be good.

I followed him out into the park where I realised he was a werewolf. Ooh la, la. He's even cuter now! I drank the yellow potion first and focused on becoming Kim. There done. Now the pink potion, I won't be drinking that one, he will. Now I know for a fact he's not dumb enough to drink from a potion bottle so I poured it into a water bottle and it dissolved in the water becoming unnoticed able both in looks and smell. Not even a werewolf would be able to detect it. After I did that I went up to him.

Garroth's POV

I followed Kim's scent to the park and found her grey sweater on the park bench, she must have accidentally felt it here. Maybe she went back to Lover's Lane. I had called Zane asking him to pick up her stuff a few moments ago. Maybe if I'm fast enough I can catch up to him before he leaves. Just as I was turning around Kim was behind me.

"Kim! Oh Thank Irene I found you!", I said hugging her. Her scent seemed off somehow but I just ignored it. I was just happy to have found her.

"Garroth... you're.... choking... me", she said.

"Oh sorry Kimmy I'm just so happy I found you."

"You are?"

"Yeah. About what happened at the apartment, don't listen to her. You're an amazing, beautiful, talented person and I..., I'm glad to have you as a friend.", I told her. I was going to tell her I liked her as more than a friend but was too shy to do so at the moment even though I've known her for a long time now.

"Really, thanks Garroth. Oh here, you look tired.", she handed me a water bottle.

"Thanks Kimmy.", I said as I drank the water. After I did I felt different. I then saw Kim turn into Lily.

"W-what?", I said barely able to talk.

"Don't worry Garroth, everything will be okay.", she said while I crouched down holding my chest.

Lily's POV

He crouched down holding his chest while I spoke to him. Not to worry just I side effect of the potion. He then stood up, his eyes flashed pink for a second then green and back to pink. Green? That isn't supposed to happen. It then when back to its normal blue colour. He walked towards me and I opened my arms for a hug.

"I love you Lily."

"I love you too.", I said back to him.

He then lifted up my chin and pressed his lips against mine. I returned the kiss, mentally screaming that it worked. We then walked back to my apartment and I noticed that the boxes were gone. Garroth told me that his younger brother came to pick them up. I think I'm going to take this slow. I have a lovely hunk at my disposal, and before we tie any knots tighter I want to see the look on Kim's face when she sees me with Garroth. Garroth decided to spend the night, but he stayed in Kim's old room because as I said taking it slow. Maybe soon I can move in with him. He told me his last name was Ro'meave, even better! A guy with cash. Ooh! This is going to be so much fun!
