Chapter 22

Garroth's POV: (a few days after Valentine's day)

*Ding dong. Ding dong* Who could that be at the door. I put way my ears and tail and went downstairs to answer it.

"Hello, can I help- LAURANCE!", I said giving he a huge hug.

"Hey Garroth! What have you been up too?", he asked.

"So much that you wouldn't believe.", I mumbled.

"Really? Either way, I'm going to unpack. You can tell me all about it later after I say hi to everyone. Oh and Dante's at his house unpacking.", he said heading up stairs.

"Okay.", I told him a then called everyone else who was at Starlight, -except Zane, to tell them Laurance and Dante were here. It was decided that when Aph and Travis came home we would tell them what happened at the lodge and Starlight.

Laurance left the house a few minutes after unpacking to see everyone.

Laurance's POV:

I decided to go see Lucinda first. I don't know why but I just wanted to. I knock on the door and she surprisingly answered it.

"Laurance! You're here!", she shouted hugging me.

"Yep. I am. How have you been doing?"

"Tired, very tired."

"Really?"

"Yeah. Doing somethings without Magic can get really tiring.", wait she doesn't have Magic anymore.

"What do you mean?"

"Oh umm..., It's nothing. It's embracing any way."

"Lucy, oh umm sorry, I mean Lucinda, you know that you can tell me anything right?"

Lucinda's POV:

"Lucy, oh umm sorry, I mean Lucinda, you know that you can tell me anything right?", he told me. I smiled grateful that he knows I don't like the nickname. But how do I tell him I don't have magic anymore when I'm not supposed to tell him about Starlight? Oh wait, Dante should be here also.

"Hey, isn't Dante here also?", I asked changing the conversation purposefully.

"Yeah. He's at his place."

"Really, okay then. Umm..., just so you know Aph and Travis aren't going to be here until next week and Aaron and Melissa are busy at their house and can't be disturbed for this week."

"Huh? Okay then, I guess I'll tell Dante also.", he said turning around to go to Dante's house, "Oh, and Lucinda, if you want I can help you around the potion shop. Since Gene pretty much turned the Maid Café into a night club I need work."

"Really, thanks Laurance. I promise to tell you what's going on. Just wait a bit."

"No problem."

Laurance's POV:

I wonder why Lucinda can't use magic. Anyway, I should go and tell Dante Travis isn't here unless someone already told him. I knocked on the door and he answered. I then told him about what Lucinda told me.

"Oh, yeah. Katelyn called and told me the same thing. And that I would get answers next week"

"Well, next week is a super long time to wait.", I told him.

"Yeah. Either way, got to get back to packing. Cya Laurance."

I went back home and unlock the door to seeing Kim and Garroth watching a movie on the couch.

"Hey guys."

"Oh hey Laurance!", They both said.

"So, what's going on here?", I said smirking.

"W-where just hanging out.", Kim said.

"Garroth, is she one of the things going on?", I said giving them a look, their faces become red.

"Oh, yeah. Well, Kim and I are actually dating now.", Garroth said rubbing the back of his head.

I ran up to him and hugged him. "You finally gave up on the doors!"

"Hey!", he exclaimed while Kim laughed.

"Either way Cya Garroth, I asked Lucinda if I could help round her potion shop tomorrow so bye."

"Bye!", they both said.

Wow. Who would have thought Garroth would actually get a girlfriend?
