Chapter 68

Aphmau's POV:

We walked through the building and saw Travis in his normal form, at the exit carrying something in his hands.

"TRAVIS!", I said happily and ran up to him leaving Aaron behind.

"Hey Aph.", he turned around and smiled.

I then saw Katelyn is his hands, "Is she..."

"Yes, she is okay. Just passed out.", he said looking back down at her.

"Phew.", I breathed out.

"Umm..., can we please get going? I'm glad everyone is okay but, I don't really want to have to deal with this guy when he wakes up.", Aaron said walking up behind me still dragging the man behind him.

"Woops. And do you really have to be dragging him like that?", I asked.

"Yes. He's heavy, Blaze was lighter and more cooperative."

"The man is literally unconscious."

"Let's just go please before Travis' arms break off and this guy wakes up."

"Fine. Fine.", I said and walked out of the building with them.

When we came out the clouds in the sky looked like more rain was coming soon. I saw Lucinda and Laurance on the grass sitting down and she rested her head on his shoulder. We went over to them and Travis sat down with Katelyn's head on his lap. Aaron dropped the henchman's foot on the ground after he reached the group.

"Did you really have to drag him down the stairs?", Laurance pointed to the unconscious man.

"Yes I did.", Aaron answered

"But-"

"No buts. He is just very heavy. Besides, I'm glad Lucinda is okay.", Aaron cut him off.

"Aphmau~senpai!", I turned around to see who was calling me.

It was Kawaii~chan and Zane and they were both carrying the other henchman from the other side of the building. She waved with one hand then went back to holding his foot. When they reached to us they both dropped the man on the ground.

"Gee, thanks for the help.", Zane said flashing his hands to get the blood pumping in them again.

"No problem.", Laurance said smiling.

Kawaii~chan covered her mouth and laughed.

"I-Kawaii~chan is glad that Lucinda~Sama is okay.", she said then a smirk came on her face as she looked and Lucinda and Laurance, and one came on my face also.

"You two better keep quiet.", Lucinda said as her face began to turn a deep red and so did Laurance's.

"Okay. But we're talking later.", I said.

Katelyn then woke up and looked around her surroundings.

"Katelyn! You're okay.", Travis, Lucinda and I said while Kawaii~chan of course said 'Katelyn~sama'.

"Of course I'm okay.", She said sitting up slowly.

Then ten or twenty officers came out of the forest carrying guns.

"Well, look when they decide to show up.", Zane mumbled and I elbowed him.

"Are those two men the suspects?", female officer asked, I recognised her to be one of the officers who came to investigate Lucinda's disappearance.

"Yep.", I said then turned around and saw Elizabeth sneaking out of the building.

All of a sudden out of surprise I forgot how to talk and all the words came out as jumbled non-sense, "There! Mom! Leaving!"

"What?", the officer asked and everyone looked at me confused.

"There!", I pointed at Elizabeth who had now started running.

Some of the officers went in pursuit of her and one tackled her to the ground.

"Get off of me!", She yelled and they hand cuffed her.

Aaron's POV:

After they caught Elizabeth we went back to the building where the helicopters were. Aphmau and some of the others went to tell the GF what happened and the GF confiscated the demon warlocks book. I was about to join them but someone tapped o my shoulder. I looked behind me to see Dottie and Blaze.

"Alpha!", They both exclaimed

"Blaze! Dottie!", I said hugging them, thank Irene you're okay and awake."

"Yeah..., sorry if I said anything....", Blaze rubbed the back of his head.

"It's nothing. I'm just glad you're ok.", I smiled.

"Yep. Thanks for the help. See Blaze, I knew we shouldn't have gone out for tacos. You need to ease of them.", Dottie waved her hand in front of his nose.

"Well that isn't important now. I just can't wait to go home and have some-"

"Food other than tacos!", she smiled cutting Blaze off.

Blaze pouted, "Fine. Oh, and Aaron, some dude said he wanted to talk to you at the back of the building."

"Really? Okay then. Cya guys later.", I waved and walked away.

"Bye Alpha!"

I walked to the back on the building and saw Zack looking over the side of the cliff. he turned around when he heard my footsteps and walked towards me.

"You wanted to talk to me?", I asked.

"Yeah. I'm going to head out before they remember to arrest me."

"Were you going to tell Aph?"

He handed me two envelopes. One was a lilac purple and another was plain white.

"Give the purple one to Aph. The other to Sylvanna. Although Sylvanna will probably just tear hers up and throw it in the bin.", He said and began walking away into the forest.

"Oh, and Aaron..., You better take care of my daughter."

"Don't worry. I will.", I said and he walked away.

I walked back to the front of the building and everyone was ready to go back to Lovers Lane and was at the van since Kim and Garroth were here now. The GF offered to drive some of us back home.

Garte, Laurance, Lucinda, Blaze, Dottie, my dad, and Kim would drive in theirs's with Garroth at the back while Aph, Travis, Katelyn, Zane, Kawaii~chan and I went in ours. Too bad Lily wouldn't tell us how to get Garroth out of his wolf form. The helicopters had just taken off and the rain started again as we drove off to go home. We decided to just drive to Aph and my place since the pups where probably there still.

We exited the vans and everyone in the house came out.

"LITTLE BRO! YOU'RE ALIVE!", Melissa said running out the house then hugged me tightly.

"Yes...I'm alive.", I said trying to get out of her grip. She finally let go and we told everyone what happened.

Afterwards everyone went home, well, Lucinda agreed to letting Garte stay with her until we know if Zane, Garroth and Zianna remembers him. Before he and Zane left, Garte pulled Zane aside to do who knows what. Kawaii~chan and Katelyn went home with Travis accompanying them, Kim went with Laurance and Garroth to make sure everything was okay. The pups went back home. My family went inside along with Aph- well she technically is my family also.

I saw Sylvanna about to leave but I stopped her.

"What is it Aaron?", She asked curiously and a bit tired.

It was about one o'clock now and the rain had stopped before we got home.

"Umm..., Someone told me to give you this.", I said handing her the white envelope.

"If it's from Zack I don't want it.", She said about to hand it back to me.

"Wait. Just read it first please. And I won't force you to do want ever he wants. Just...read it."

"You're lucky you're my mija's finance.", She said and walked away with the letter.

Phew. That was easier than I thought.
