SYPNOSIS
Aurora "Rory" Blanco is a demon stuck in the mortal world along with her familiar, Raphael. To get back where she came from, she needs to find the person who summoned her in the first place and grant his or her wish but, that is much easier said than done. She cannot even remember how long she is staying in the mortal world and what happened to her when she responded to her summoner's call.
Using her grimoire and flowers, she finds brokenhearted mortals and takes advantage of their pain. Demons exhibit their strength depending on the amount of negative energy they consume and the mortal world is a "feeding ground" for creatures like her. Every time she plucks a petal of the flower manifested by her victim's soul; she reaps their pain then devours their significant memories; this is what she's been doing for years.
However, she is never contented. She is still longing for something that she's not even aware of until she plays the violin excellently knowing that she has no memory of learning it before. Starting from that performance, dreams about herself being tortured, abused, and having someone who gives her the feeling of being in love and being loved started haunting her. Claiming that she becomes more human the longer she stays in the mortal world, she ordered Raphael to go in a journey and find her summoner. During this time, she met a mysterious man named Carwyn that makes her feel warmth inside and evoke a strong desire to be closer to him.
Ever since that encounter, her strange dreams become more vivid and they made her more confuse about who she really is. When Raphael finally comes back from his task, he takes Aurora and brings her to the place where she was said to be summoned. There, she finds out that a girl is inside the room and she looks like the spitting image of Aurora. The only difference is that the girl has slits on her wrists and she looks horrendous. It turns out that Aurora was a mortal after all, and she is the one who summoned a demon years ago.
Demons do not fall in love. This is what they are lacking in their core that's why they lost in the battle between heaven and hell. But Raphael, an alias used by Lucifiel, found someone that he can use to seize this feeling. All he needs to do is to have Aurora by his side and conquer the most powerful force called "love" and use it for his evil objectives.
Everything seemed to go with his plan except for one thing. Aurora is in love with Carwyn and it was revealed later on that he is Cupid. The angel helps her to regain her memories and she finds out that she is Lilith, the first mortal girl created by God instead of Ava but she got captivated by Lucifiel's charm and brought the Divine Curse upon herself. Every mortal who tries to kill her or fall in love with her will die. It also made sense that the spitting image of her that she saw is the representation of Aurora breaking the curse by killing herself.
In the end, she figures out how to defeat Raphael. She is the only one who connects Raphael to the mortal world because the demon uses her as a tool to feed himself on the mortal world and with this in mind, she proceeds to stab her own heart, killing herself in the process, and forcing Raphael back to hell.
In a dying dream, Aurora asked forgiveness from the creator and in an instant, God appears in front of her and touches her forehead with a blinding light. The story then warps 18 years later, showing Aurora with her new life as a prodigy in violin along with her loving boyfriend and accompanist, Carwyn. They are reborn as mortals that will spend their lifetimes with each other.
