"If you force me to eat one more vegetable, I'm leaving you." Jerome grumbled and fell back on the couch.
"Well, I'm really sorry I don't have meat powers." I sighed and started making us dinner.
"We could just get some from somewhere."
"Think about that for a second and get back to me."
"We could kill something for it." He shrugged. I snorted with laughter.
"Are you honestly suggesting killing dogs for meat?"
"It's better than killing people for meat."
"You're right about that." I muttered, threw the potatoes in the water and went over to him.
"We could go to Oswald's for dinner." I grinned. He glared up at me.
"I'd rather eat you." He grumbled. Then a huge grin appeared on his face. I frowned with confusion.
"I might do that anyway." He chuckled, snatched my waist and dragged me on top of him.
I squeaked with surprise, but it immediately morphed into a fit of giggles. My amusement was quickly stopped by Jerome's lips, though.
"Please, shave. I'm sick of the stubble." I pleaded desperately. He giggled happily.
"No. I like it." He grinned and kissed me deeply.
Then he flipped my back onto the mattress without breaking the affection. Suddenly Dobby jumped on the couch. I pulled away and turned my head to him.
"Hello." I grinned at the kitten.
He squeaked happily and jumped on my chest, separating me from Jerome. The ginger glared at the teeny cat.
"We could eat him." He grumbled. I chuckled.
"No, we could not." I grabbed Dobby and placed him on the ground.
Jerome grinned and pressed his lips to mine. Then Dobby jumped on his back.
I started giggling when the cat got on his head. Jerome shut his eyes and sighed with frustration.
"How about we just kill him." He proposed and opened his eyes. I glared at him and whacked his shoulder.
"I would kill you before I would let you hurt him." I growled and carefully took the cat off his head.
"I'm feeling so good about this marriage of ours." He snarked.
"You're welcome to leave anytime." I shrugged and once again set Dobby on the floor.
"Go." I ordered him and pointed to the door. He squeaked and ran away.
"How about never?" Jerome purred and nestled his face in my chest.
"Fine by me." I chuckled softly and buried my fingers in his hair.

"You have to help me water everything." I told the ginger. His eyes widened.
"Everything?" He repeated with disbelief and scanned the thoroughly filled with plants living room.
"In the rest of the house too." I grinned. He huffed and dropped his arms with defeat.
"I'm kidding, Dummy." I chuckled, nudged one of the plants and made them thrive by a chain reaction.
"Why do you need plants everywhere, anyway?" He asked.
"I feel better with them around." I shrugged and headed to the patio.
