"Undress for me, Love." Jeremiah dictated after he sat on a chair and started staring at me.

I'm going to rip his throat out.

"Right away, Miah." I smiled sweetly and began to take my clothes off.

He brought Alfred and me to Wayne Manor, using a tunnel he dug under the river. Alfred is actually hypnotized, so there is no point in talking to him.

"Underwear too?" I asked calmly. He hummed.

"No. That's for when you're yourself again." He declared.

I will burn him.

"Although that's very tempting." He grinned. I faked a soft chuckle.

"What now?" I tilted my head. He pointed to a big black and white box next to me.

"Nothing is purple. I remembered." He smiled warmly. I creased my eyebrows.

"What do you mean?" I asked, pretending to be as absent-minded as I could. He frowned deeply.

"You don't remember our talk? You told me you didn't like that colour."

"I'm sorry, Miah. I don't feel like myself." I smiled apologetically.

"Oh, I wish you didn't have to be like this today." He groaned and rubbed his forehead.

"I just need to make sure you won't get in the way." He smiled sadly.

I'll get in the way, all right.

"But as soon as we're done, I'll bring you back." He grinned and nodded.

"Done with what?" I asked innocently.

"You'll see in time, my love. Now get dressed. Bruce should be here any minute." He hurried me with his hand.

I quickly opened the box and pulled out a very dark emerald-green satin dress with thin straps and a v-neck. It was so dark, it almost appeared black.

It's the exact colour of damned hair.

The garment reaches all the way to the ground, and it has a thigh-high slit on the left leg. I swallowed heavily and put it on.

Then I swiftly slipped on the long black velvet gloves that reached the exact middle of my biceps.

"Will you help, Miah?" I smiled softly and turned my back to him.

"With pleasure." He said with delight, and I could hear him get up and walk over to me.

"You look beautiful." He whispered into my ear and carefully zipped up the dress. I grimaced with contempt.

"Thank you, Miah." I grinned widely.

Then he suddenly wrapped a necklace around my neck. I looked down and saw a thin silver chain with a ring.

In the middle of the ring, there was a tiny pressed lavender inside some kind of see-through material.

"I gathered from that old ring of yours that you don't like usual jewellery." He told me and pecked the back of my neck.

I will find it and stick it in his eye.

"I love this." I chirped. He hummed softly.

"I want you to tell me a story." He ordered as he abruptly spun me around.

I squeaked with genuine surprise and clutched his forearms. He chuckled at my reaction.

"Tell me something. I want to hear you use that beautiful mind of yours." He swooned and pecked my forehead.
