Samir Cadaver | Sage"What's the moves for today?" Soavi asked as he came into Acacia's living room where everybody was sitting.
Kaia glanced at the intruder then continued swiping down her feed, she wasn't fucking with Soavi right now and Soavi didn't care too much.
"I was thinking we could go clubbing." Acacia said excitedly, "it'd be fun." She added with a shrug.
"I don't mind, but I got work tomorrow morning." Gianni said as Jalen wrapped his arm around her and pulled her towards him, she turned to where she was facing him and pecked his lips a couple time.
"Samir you have work tonight, I can call your boss for you if you want to come." Samir didn't mind all too much, whether he came or not. "I don't want to make a decision for you so why don't you message him and let him know if you aren't coming to work tonight. If you are then don't bother."
Samir didn't know what to do, he didn't want to be surrounded by other people. Seeing as though he didn't pull out his phone to inform his boss that he wouldn't be attending work tonight Gianni took that as he wouldn't be coming.
"You okay, Sam?" Samir didn't nod nor make any move to show he heard her. He didn't feel good right now, his stomach was hurting and he felt nauseous.
"I'm hungry, Samir drive me to Wendy's please." Whenever something was wrong with Samir or someone in the group felt like there was something wrong they'd get him out of the situation, they were a family like that. They didn't know much but they knew the difference in his behaviour, Samir was expressionless however he wasn't at the same time. He seemed to be on lookout, afraid almost, paranoid would be the best word.
In situations like these they used the 'samir drive me to wendy's' code. This was a quick way to get Samir out of any 'threatening' situation without raising any concerns.
Samir stood to his feet as Acacia walked round the table and wrapped her arm around his arm.
"I'll get something for us all." Acacia said before anybody could make any requests.
"Okay." Soavi said accepting that decision although it wasn't directed towards him. Many people were unhappy with the things he said to Addison on wednesday because Addison really didn't disturb anybody and he also didn't confront anybody, he just wasn't the drama type of nigga and wasn't going to start anything with anybody. Arguing with Soavi wouldn't change his opinion on the matter.
Acacia and Samir left out the house hand in hand, Acacia rested her head on Samir's shoulder and locked the midnight black door behind them before walking towards Samir's dodge challenger SRT.
"I will never get over how beautiful this car is." Acacia complimented as they approached the grey hellcat.
Samir pulled out his car keys and unlocked the car as Acacia squealed and opened the passenger door and got in. Samir walked round the car and did the same, he stuffed his hand into his brown patchwork jeans before taking them out and pulling the door open.
"What's up, Sammy boy?" Samir didn't like the nickname, it sounded weird. He didn't know why he hated it so much, at first he thought she was just teasing him and it would grow out but it's been five years now and she still calls him it.
she only does it when they're alone though because when they're with the others Gianni or Jalen tells her to stop, they don't like it either, they're always sticking up for Samir. They say the nickname is dehumanising but Acacia just waves them off and says that it's just a nickname and that Samir doesn't mind it. But Samir does. He can't blame her though because he never makes her stop or tells her to stop and he never expresses his distaste for the nickname.
"I'm going to play my music, okay?" Samir had learnt something about Acacia: when she was asking she wasn't really asking, she'd say stuff and then before he could even respond - not that he ever would - she'd do what she was requesting.
Once she asked if she could put his feet up on her dashboard and he wanted to throw her out of his car and leave her on the sidewalk but he didn't, he found that very disrespectful and didn't understand why she'd ever do that. He could see that she was taking advantage of his mutism and the fact that he'd never stop her however he didn't care too much. That's why his bond with Acacia was never that strong, they're just two people in a friendship group.
The only reason why she never did that feet on the dashboard thing again is because she tried doing it with Jalen and he told her about herself, she then used the excuse 'Samir let's me do it' and everybody got angry at Acacia, Soavi and Jalen told Acacia that she couldn't be taken advantage of Samir like that and that they wouldn't accept it. After that Gianni never let her ride in Samir's car for a long time.
Samir didn't like Acacia's music, it was weird to him. He didn't mind any one else in the groups music however she listened to gothic music to him. She was obsessed with this artist named Billie Eilish, Samir had never heard of the woman but it's all she listened to in Samir's car. He found it weird because she didn't listen to her at all when anybody else was around. She also listened to this man named xxxtentacion and his music all just sounded suicidal.
Acacia was currently listening to No Time To Die, Samir wanted to turn the music off and just sit in silent which is what he'd usually do however she seemed to be singing her heart out as if she was performing for America's got talent.
If she wasn't listening to Billie Eilish she was listening to this woman that was named after a cat. Samir didn't find that any better since she genuinely really did sound like a cat.
"Are you coming to the club tonight?" Samir didn't respond but Acacia didn't expect him to, "you should y'know it'll be fun and y'know you only live once." Samir felt trapped in his own car, he didn't like Acacia's presence he felt like she was too close to him.
As they pulled up to Wendy's drive thru, Acacia placed a bunch of orders and Samir simply wrote into his notes app that he wanted a large iced tea.
"Can you pay I left my wallet in the house?" Samir didn't say anything and touched his iPhone 11+ on the reader. That was another thing he didn't like about Acacia, how do you forget your wallet in your home? She wanted to come to wendy's as well because she was supposedly hungry so why didn't she bring her phone, and she has an iPhone too so why would she need a wallet. Samir doesn't bat an eyelid at his credit card because he doesn't need it because of his apple pay that's literally all he pays with.
Samir didn't mind Acacia as a person but he didn't really count her as a friend, she did a lot of confusing things to him. He didn't like her behaviour, she acted differently when the others weren't around. That's why he tries to minimise the amount of time he spends around her however it's kind've hard when he doesn't ever try to stick up for himself.
