"So what did we like most?" O'Niel asked as he looked down at his clipboard which had all the locations they'd been to noted down.
"I really loved the house on Thousand Oaks street it," Mindy said truthfully, "it looked the best in my personal opinion but the lack of rooms is an issue for me. I just think it isn't enough."
"Yes two rooms for the two of you is a very huge problem," O'Niel said sarcastically causing the both of them to laugh and him to smile, "I understand your issue, Mr Cadaver?"
'I liked the house on Melissa Lane most' Mindy translated and O'Niel nodded.
"Understandable, it was quite affordable and had four bedrooms along with two bathrooms, any others?"
"Yeah now that I think about it I also liked the house on Tonbridge street."
"Good choice, that was one of my favourites for the two of you too. Mr Cadaver how do you feel about Miss Manor's first choice?" Samir thought for a second before answering.
'It is nice but it doesn't offer all too much and isn't that spacious' Samir thought about the small laundry room that couldn't possibly be considered a 'room' in the slightest, as Mindy translated.
'But I liked the outside area and number of bathrooms however the second bedroom bathroom was quite small.' As he signed Mindy spoke keeping her eyes on his hands.
"I see thank you, well to put it out there that house has a monthly mortgage of $2,807 and a down payment of $118,849 and the total price is $549,243." Samir was quick to sign 'money is not a problem'.
"What'd he just say?" Mindy shook her head and ignored them.
"Explain the next one please."
"Okay, the house on Melissa Lane is $369,900 with a down payment of $73,980 and monthly mortgage is $1403. Again that is the house on Melissa Lane including four bedrooms and two bathrooms."
"That sounds pretty okay," Mindy still thought she'd be paying for this house, the thought made Samir want to laugh.
"Okay final house on Tonbridge street is $361,000 and offers four bedrooms with two bathrooms and that comes with a down payment of $72,200 and the monthly mortgage rate is the lowest of them all at $983." Samir saw Mindy's ears perk up and he frowned.
'I don't want you to choose it just because it's the least expensive, we'll be living here for all our life you should choose something you really want' Samir advised and Mindy began nibbling on her bottom lip.
"Translation?" Mindy shook her head and O'Niel nodded.
'What do you like the most?' Samir questioned.
'The first or third' Mindy signed and Samir nodded understanding why she didn't want to say it loudly.
O'Niel remained silent as he sat on the loveseat.
'I like the first a lot too but the third offers a lot more.' Mindy got very tense and Samir pulled her bottom lip out of her mouth, 'we can do whatever you want, take your time'
