Today the two roommates had another appointment with their real estate agent. They visited a Sun City Grand house and Mindy couldn't lie that she didn't love it because she thought it was amazing, the amazing ones are always expensive though: $385,000.
On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday all they were doing was literally booking appointments and visiting houses in Surprise. Today they were going to start seeing some apartments.
And as much as she liked the first home she saw; it was only the first and there was only two of them. She didn't need a house fit for a family.
'There has been a change of plans, O'niel says he wants to show us this house for rent.' Samir signed as he looked down at his iPhone reading the new message he just received from their real estate agent.
"Alright, that's fine. When does he want us to meet him?" Mindy asked as she looked down at her attire in the body mirror, "I really need to go shopping." she mumbled to herself. She ware some medium washed flare jeans and a brown turtleneck sweater.
She watched Samir sign '12pm' through the mirror, "what time is it now?"
'10:40' she nodded and then got out her phone to respond to some messages.
'Do you want to go grab breakfast?' Samir suggested, so they wouldn't be stuck in the house just sitting around waiting.
Mindy watched his hands move but had no recollection of what he said and her face showed that, which made him do it again but slower.
"Yeah sure where do you want to go?" Samir suggested Adelina's cafe since nowhere was better than that, "alright let's head out." Mindy grabbed her nude handbag and put all her things inside.
Samir couldn't help but stare at her beauty in awe, she didn't like her outfit today but Samir loved it. He thought she looked gorgeous everyday but today she was glowing. There was just something about her aura nowadays which had him falling deeper.
'You look beautiful' Mindy blushed at the compliment as she took Samir's hand in hers.
"Thank you Mir, you look very beautiful today too." Samir smiled and turned the light switch off as they walked out of his room and down the hallway. Samir wore a blue tiger embroidered cotton jersey t'shirt and simple black skinny jeans with m Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Royal Toe'.
"Does Gianni still live there?" Mindy asked as they walked towards Samir's hellcat.
'I don't know M.' Mindy nodded accepting his answer as Samir opened the passenger door for her. She thanked him and got a head nod in response as Samir walked around the car and got in his side.
"Wanna listen to some music?" Samir shocked the both of them when he found himself nodding. He knew he did it because Mindy had stopped doing so much stuff - he likes to believe - for him and she's helped him so much, she literally learnt a whole new language for him, So if she wanted to listen to music in his car, music she shall listen to.
Mindy smiled nervously as she connected her iphone to the aux chord and Kendrick Lamar began playing. When Samir said that he liked his music and it was one of his favourite artists she immediately began listening to him more since she hadn't ever heard of him apart from in SZA's song 'Doves in the wind' but she really liked his feature in that song.
