"Ah, sorry for coming late. I'm Kim Lee Rang, nice to meet you," he greeted as his eyes fell towards me.

No wonder the roads and everything felt so familiar. I remembered going here about 10 years ago when my father had something to discuss with this sly man.

Turned out his business partner was Seo Jun's father. I didn't even know if he had bad intentions like my uncle.

My gaze scanned his every actions as he placed some documents on the office desk before he turned around to face us.

"It's such a pleasure to meet you here, my nephew. You've been avoiding me for so long," he said with a half smile.

"I never wished to meet you here," I locked eyes with him, "Sad that I always end up being met with a loser."

"Oh, come on! Let's not make a scene in front of your friends, you know that we used to get along well," he laughed before nudging my arm but I smacked it away.

It was like the five of us was in a room, 4 were the audience and 2 were the movie casts. I was obviously the movie cast, along with my evil uncle.

The room turned cold all of a sudden as no one dared speak. Kim Lee Rang has gone back to his office and the rest of us were left with awkward tension. It was always him who destroyed everything. My childhood and even my love li—

"Taehyung, hey." A voice snapped me back to reality. It was Claire.

"U-uhm sorry, I didn't mean to be rude earlier." I scratched my neck, sighing. She seemed to understand so she only nodded and gestured me to join the others who were sitting on the sofa by the large window.

Mr Han has gone out to deal with some clients so we were left to dominate his office. Seo Jun too, has followed his father since he wanted to learn about business stuff.

I sank into the soft cushions of the sofa, collecting back my senses after battling with my own mind. I was always feeling uneasy whenever I would meet my uncle, but this time I promised myself to show only the best of me.

"I don't want to ask but I'm asking anyway," Hoseok said, munching on his chicken noodle chips with a soda on the side. "Your reaction earlier seemed so obvious that you have a bad relationship with your uncle."
