"Groffsauce?" Lin yelled above the pouring rain. He'd been looking for him the past twenty minutes and, checking the roof, he found Jonathan staring up into the heavy down pour.

"Hi," he tilted his head down, meeting his eyes. Lin ran over to stand in front of him, an arm hooding his eyes.

"What're you doing out here?" The rain was coming down hard, Lin's hair was already drenched.

"Enjoying the rain," he smiled a wide toothy smile and Lin couldn't help but smile with him.

He surprised Lin by locking their hands together and spinning him around. Lin held on tight so he wouldn't fall over. The world blurred around them, caught in his gaze.

They erupted into giggles when they finally slowed down, clinging to each others shoulders. Lin looked up at him as they caught their breaths.

Lin's hair looked much longer when it was wet. It was stuck to his forehead, ears, neck. Groff pushed the hair off his face, putting his cheeks in his hands. He ducked his head so their faces were just a bit closer, bending his elbows more.

"Hello my love," he murmured, thumbs caressing his face.

"Why hello there sweet cheeks," he grinned, holding Jon's face as well. He looked up at him, batting long eyelashes. Jon didn't respond, just looked into his eyes, at his goatee, the water droplets hitting his nose, rolling down his neck, his lips. His lips were moving. "What're you looking at?" he whispered, breathless.

Groff stayed silent, staring for a little longer, smile lingering. He leaned in, kissing him lightly on the forehead, stilling for a moment to just feel him. Lin closed his eyes at the contact, leaning in. Jon pulled back, a look of awe in his eyes.

"You're incredible." Lin turned as red as he could in the freezing weather and wrapped his arms around Groff. Jon pulled him in close and they took small steps side to side, almost slow dancing.

After a while, Jon noticed Lin shivering slightly against him. Maybe it was time they went back inside.

"Come on, let's go," he snuck an arm around his waist, pulling him along, bending down to kiss his temple. Lin was rubbing his arms, willing the cold away and Jon couldn't say his own teeth weren't chattering.

It was well worth it though.

They raced down the stairs, warming themselves up, giggling like mad men. When they got to their dressing room, Lin slapped the door.

"I won!"

"That you did," Jon replied, pulling him in by the waist, kissing him softly. Lin melted, allowing himself to be pinned against the door.

"When we said get a room, we meant for you to go inside it," Daveed chided as he walked past them, chuckling as he left. They were both blushing and Jon ducked his head in shame but Lin brushed it off, opening the door and pulling him in by the arm.

When they got inside, Groff made them both a cup of hot chocolate. When Lin's hands wrapped around the warm mug he sighed in content, plopping onto the small bed. Jon sat next to him and he rested his ear on his shoulder.

Jon took both of their mugs, setting them on a table beside the bed. He scooted up to the head of the bed, pulling Lin with him and tugged the blankets over them.

"I love you," Lin sighed, voice muffled against the collar of Jon's tee shirt.

"I know. I love you too, my love."

The rain pattered softly against the roof until it came to a stop near the fifteen minute call.
