"I'm sorry I'm late" I kissed my mom's cheeks. I also kissed my dad's cheeks.
"Saan ka galing, hija?" tanong ni mommy nang maupo ako.
"May inasikaso pa ako sa hospital, mom. Kaninong birthday pala 'to?" hindi sila sumagot kaya ginala ko ang tingin.
Parang nabuhusan ako ng malamig na tubig. I saw his face in the souvenirs. Mas gumwapo siya at mukhang nagmature pa. Tumayo ako, I'm going to leave. I might cry here for seeing him.
"Alisha!" dad shouted.
I ran as fast as I could. Pero napatigil ako when someone blocked my way. I did my best not to cry in front of him.
"Excuse me, you are blocking my way" his cold voice makes my heart shivered.
I give space para makadaan siya.
He walked like he didn't see me.
The way he looks at me is like looking at a trash.
The way he talks makes me weak.
Its his birthday. The day I left him and the day I knew he was just playing around. The day full of bad memories for us.
