"It's not even close..." Elaine thought on Rose's words as she went through the process of getting her height and weight and other things measured.

        Elaine Perez 'Defensive Back' :

Bench Press: Pending...

"Not bad." Elaine thought to herself joined the group of participants who were finished being measured.

"Alright, now that that's done we'll be moving on to the bench press. When called complete it to the best of your ability."  Coach Woodley said walking over to the benches.

"Remember, we want your absolute best." he said a final time as the first player took his turn.

One by one each player took their turn on the bench press, pushing their muscles as far as they could. Grunting, roaring, and cursing were heard in the weight room as each player tried to go beyond their limits to impress the scouts.

Elaine watched carefully as her rivals took their turn on the bench. With each passing player their stats floated into her minds eye as she looked on.

Caught up in her analysis Elaine didn't feel one of the players come behind her and say in a raspy broken Portuguese accent,

"Well if it isn't Elaine Perez." the voice said.

Turning, she was met with the sight of Angel Rios.

Her dyed blonde hair cut short pixie cut showing her rose neck tattoo that stretched to and surrounded the grim reaper tattoo on her left arm with the words "Pure Talent" written under it in bold print cursive.
