The user can control the target either directly, or indirectly.
Directly as in they control the target's every move.
Indirectly as in they order the target around to do their bidding.
Drawbacks:
User can only control the target if they kiss the target.
The kiss can be done anywhere on the target's body.
The target can break out if someone else kisses the target.
