Quirk: Sawblade Bullet Hell

Description:
User can summon sawblades, and make them fly willy nilly.
User can manipulate each individually, as a group.
User can home the sawblades at a target, or move them themselves.
User can create them at any size.
User can create them with however many prongs they wish.
Default is 3 inches radius, and no prongs.
Blades can be sharp or dull.
Default blades are 1cm thick, and made of cast iron.
Drawbacks:
User can summon 100 per day.
Limit can be increased with training.
Takes stamina to make the blades. the larger the blade, the more stamina.
