User sprays a mist from their fingers like a wide spray bottle.
User can cause the mist to explode on will.
The explosive force is 20N/cm cubed.
Drawbacks:
Quirk overuse causes thirstiness (The water kind), and continued use will cause the user to faint from dehydration.
