Description:
User can force someone to have the night of their life.
User can make it positive, negative, weird, or just outright traumatizing.
Nights vary per user's want, and the target.
Drawbacks:
Only usable in between midnight, and sunset.
Only deactivates at sunrise.
Quirk cannot kill the target, but can leave them for dead with grievous wounds (Mental damage is fully on the table).
