Mutation
Description:
User has 2 radio antennas sticking out of the top of their head.
Said antennas will twitch when quirk is in use.
User can connect to any phone in the world to call.
Drawbacks:
User must consume a quarter for 1 hour of use.
The quarter will be fully dissolved, and converted into pure energy (How? Bullshit) which will be used to make the call.
