Description:
User can link with any one person.
User can either gain a copy of their quirk, or boost the target's quirk to ridiculous heights.
Drawbacks:
Links can only be done on one person at a time.
Heavy damage to either the target, or the user can break the link.
The boost, or the copy only works if the link is connected.
Link's must be done through DNA contact.
