Quirk: Elemental Hearthstones

Description:
User can summon one of 4 hearthstones.
Said hearthstone is a very fragile, and brittle stone the size of the user's palm.
Each element get's a stone that has the element's rune carved into it.
When the user breaks the stone, they gain the ability to control that element.
Drawbacks:
Siad control lasts 2 hours.
User can only summon 5 of each stone per 12 hours.
