Quirk: Sync Blast
Emitter
Description:
User can fire a stream of green orbs from their palms.
The orbs will move 10cm from their firing point before stopping.
The orbs come out at 20 orbs/second
When either the quirk is turned off, or there are 100 orbs out, they will all shoot out at the same time.
Each orb contains a blast of 10 kilograms of TNT.
If the orb stops, it still will explode upon contact.
Drawbacks:
User must recharge for 20 seconds after each volley.
Will activate when user is scared.
