Description:
User can curse or boost a target.
Cursed targets have all their stats halved, and will have blood pool in their mouth at all times.
Boosted targets will have their stats doubled, and gain slight regeneration.
The curse or boost must be consciously stopped by the user.
Drawbacks:
User can only boost or curse one person each.
