Quirk: Punching Bullets.
Mutation
Description:
User grows small gun barrels on their knuckles facing forwards.
User can extend / retract them at will.
When user punches, the barrel will extend, and a bullet will fire from it.
When the bullet hits anything, it will grow 2 tiny arms, and proceed to pound what it hit into oblivion.
All targets the bullet hits will either have the bullet attack it for all eternity, or break.
Drawbacks:
None.
