Description:
User can sprout numerous amounts of arms from their backs.
The arms are extendable, and seemingly have no bones.
The hands on the arms are stubs that can turn into any tool.
All powered tools do not require power.
Drawbacks:
Each sprouted arm must be controlled one at a time.
