Description:
The target will respond with either "Truth", or "Dare".
The target will lose all control upon their response either way.
If the target answered "Truth", the target will tell the absolute truth to any 1 question the user asks.
The target cannot hide any details, nor refuse to talk.
If the target answers "Dare", the target will do any 1 task for the user no matter the means necessary.
Drawbacks:
User must ask the target "Truth Or Dare" for the ability to work.
Response-based quirk, so no response means no control.
