Transformation
Description:
User can "infect" themselves with a virus.
It forces their faces to have black cracks, their eyes to have no Iris, and the user sprays water from any orifice.
Should a cognitive being touch the water, they will take on the same transformations, and spray water.
User can control all beings that have been infected.
Drawbacks:
If the user turns back, all infected individuals will revert back to normal.
All water sprayed from the user will be normal water forever.
