Quirk: Ice Spikes

Description:
User can create spikes made of ice from the ground.
Ice spikes will be 100m high while only being 10cm thick.
Ice spikes cannot be stopped while forming, but can be easily broken once settled.
The spikes will home in on a target's location.
User can send infinite amounts of them.
Drawbacks:
User must be touching the ground.
Very tiring to use.
Will give the user frostbite if overused.
