Quirk: Electric ball
Emitter
Description:
User can concentrate a ball of lightning.
User can throw it in any direction.
Ball will zap anything that comes close to it in a 30cm radius.
Drawbacks:
Cannot distinguish friend from foe.
User must wait 3 seconds before they can summon another one. (Can be decreased with training)
