Mutation
Description:
User's blood vessels have a small, thin wire running through them.
The wire reinforces the vessels.
User can manipulate the wire any which way.
User can extend the wires out of their skin, and manipulate them outside.
Drawbacks:
User's blood vessels are much weaker.
User will have large internal bleeding if the wire is outside the body for more than 2h. (Can be increased with training)
