Emitter
Description:
User can teleport the target to the nearest lake, and paralyse them, drowning them.
User can summon poisoned birthday cake that cannot be differentiated from any other cake.
Said cake can be changed to fit the target.
User can bury someone 6ft under.
Drawbacks:
User is very unsure in every choice they make, and can't decide on their own.
Burying the target gives them a knife.
Teleportation and burying is touch-based.
The cake is spawned on the closest clean surface that can hold it.
