Quirk: Teleportation Momentum

Description:
User can teleport.
User can absorb the force that is required to go said distance.
User can discharge in a shockwave.
Said shockwave can be done from a compressed point, or just from their body.
Drawbacks:
User has a headache.
The more force, the worse the headache.
Headache lasts until the uer discharges all stored momentum.
Logan's Discord server's janitor gave me this idea.
