Description:
User can curse a target with a ticking curse.
The target will hear the sound of a ticking clock at all times for up to a year.
The user can cause the curse the stop anytime.
Should the curse stop, the target will die VIA heart attack in 1 minute.
Drawbacks:
Only works on living beings.
Activates upon skin-skin contact for 3 minutes.
Target will feel slight pricks while in contact.
Curse must go on 2 months before killing is possible.
If deactivated 2 months before, the sound will stop, and the target will not die.
