Description:
User has wings made of lightning that when touched, will shock whatever touched it with 30KV.
User can use them to fly.
User can move the wings freely.
Wings are indestructible, and all attacks will do nothing.
User cannot be shocked by the wings.
User will absorb electricity from outside sources without it losing the power of said source.
Source can be their own electricity.
User can send out blasts of electricity against targets.
User can create an electric barrier around them.
User will always absorb 20KV of electricity from their wings at all times.
User has not storage limit on electricity.
Drawbacks:
Wings are always out.
Cannot control who / what it shocks.
User requires a daily intake of 50KV to survive.
Electric barriers, and electric blasts consume generated electricity.
This is dedicated to a good friend named Ari. She's an angel, and has the personality of electricity. That is, all over the place, but energetic beyond belief.
