Mutation
Description:
User turns into a slime.
Should any quirked DNA be touched by the slime, the quirk will be copied.
User can duplicate any quirk within their arsenal.
User can use all quirks within their arsenal.
User can give quirks to others when they touch them.
User has no limits to the quirks they can have.
User can manipulate their slime body any which way.
Drawbacks:
Copying quirks requires DNA contact.
Giving quirks requires DNA contact.
Giving someone quirks reduces their iq slightly.
