Description:
User can force any death to occur.
Death happens exactly 3h after conditions are met.
Drawbacks:
User must have 5min of contact with the target.
Only works on organic things.
Contact must be skin to skin.
User must be able to see the target's face during contact.
User will feel the pain of the target when they die.
Should the target somehow survive, the user will die.
