Description:
User can make the target smell, feel, and see whatever the user wants, for as long as the user wants.
Drawbacks:
Only affects the target.
User can only target up to 10 people at a time (Can be increased with training.)
Quirk does not activate on mechanical entities.
User must be able to see the target.
The hallucinations do not really exist.
