The smile on Martina's face upon discovering that we will spend time 'alone' in this chateau made it more blissful for me. She looked around really pleased.
"It's not as big but..."
She looked at me with that beautiful smile on her face.
"I like it. It doesn't have to be big... it doesn't have to be a palace or what. I can stay here forever."
I pouted.
"Without me?"
She smiled...
"Well, you don't have to be a prince but... unfortunately... you can't stay here and you're a prince and I'm not some princess..."
