Chapter 35

Seulgi stared at her paper and controlled her results.

f(x) = 2x^2 + 1,2. The roots had to be 0.77 and -0.77. She was pretty sure the result was right, so she leaned back and took a deep breath. At least she managed to finish the exam in time.

With a short glance, she observed Chae who furrowed her eyebrows and typed something in her calculator. Even with her bad eyesight, Seulgi saw that the girl used the completely wrong mode. 

Jihyo was even funnier. She permanently pressed the EXE button, but her calculator just said: 'Error, no real number'. Seulgi chuckled a bit.

Wendy was already gone, not to her surprise since her best friend usually finished the exams in half an hour. She was probably now on her way to the library to get some stuff to read...

Seulgi also stood up and handed her teacher the piece of paper. She earned a confused gaze of Chae while she exited the classrom.

"GUYS I HAVE SURVIVED MATHS", Chae's loud voice came out of the loudspeaker of Seulgi's phone. She immediately stopped the voice message and walked into her dorm.

"We are proud of you", Seulgi spoke in and send the message. The girl replied with a middle finger. Now Wendy was typing.

'Actually, it was pretty easy', the message of her friend with her name written in blue appeared.

'Hahaha fuck you Wanda!', Chae replied.

'I guess I broke my calculator...' Now Jihyo entered the chat too.

'These things are predicted to die after a year', Chae texted back within a second. How can this girl type so fast?

'I wanna do a party', Irene said out of nowhere. Her name was in a bright pink. Even her colour looked amazing.

'I agree'. Chae send three party-emojis.

'You know we aren't allowed to do this!', Seulgi chatted back. She didn't want to get in trouble. This thing with the complex still often came to her mind. She wasn't in the mood to do something rulebreaking again.

But the WHOLE chat had another opinion.

'Fine come to me guys. Take everybody with you you can find. But only girls. I'm a feminist!', Chae said.

'Feminist doesn't mean that you have a phobia against males...' The blue name appeared again.

'Nobody asked about your opinion, Wanda.'

Seulgi wasn't hyped at all. This 'party' meant over all: stress. She was too reasonable for this; Chae will definitely have hilarious ideas and Irene was there too. Why did she made this damn pinky promise to herself? She was already regretting it.

She put on a bit make-up since she wanted to impress Irene. Unfortunately Jennie noticed her and suggested to do her face.

No, she forced Seulgi.

Then, Yeri wanted to acompany her. Of course she wasn't able to get rid of her. So basically she ended up in front of Chae's door with Yeri besides her and tons of make up all over her face. Thank's God!

"I thought you wouldn't come", Jihyo laughed and nudged her. "I thought that too", Seulgi answered and walked through the room. Apart from Jihyo and Chae, Wendy, Irene and Rosie where there too. With Jisoo, Mina, Yeri and her, they where complete.

"Seulgi where are your pringels?", Chae asked with wide eyes.

"Forget about it. I spended my whole money on them in Glencoe!"

Chae gave her a mortal glare but turned around. She walked straight to Irene. Meanwhile, Seulgi eyed Jisoo who was chatting with Wendy about something. She still had a bad feeling with Irene's sister. Hopefully, it will vanish rapidly...

"I have an idea! Let's steal some food out of the cafeteria!", Irene suggested and grinned. Seulgi jaw dropped to the floor. She thought Irene was responsible and not so careless. Of course, as she came to this school, Seulgi had noticed her passion for adventures too. But she had really thought the girl had changed.

Apparently she didn't.

"We could also grab some alcohol out of the chemistry storage", Chae suggested as both of them where about to leave.

"SON CHAEYOUNG, YOU WON'T DARE!", Wendy immediately yelled at her but Chae was just laughing.

"Just kidding. But it would be a nice prank idea for the next birthday though..." She grinned and left the room with Irene. As soon as the door was closed, a short blond-haired girl sat down next to Seulgi.

"You aren't enjoying it, right?", Wendy whispered, not facing Seulgi.

"How should I. I didn't want to do this. But you guys are so good in manipulating me", she hissed.

"Seul. We both now you are thinking too much. Haven't you said that you wanted to confess to Irene?"

"Am I that obvious?", Seulgi asked and tilted her head.

"You are basically staring at her the whole time."

"But I don't think that it's right to do it... today", Seulgi continued.

"If you won't do, I'll tell her. We play truth or dare after they returned. So you better get your ass ready or I'll do it."

Seulgi was surprised by Wendy's language but slightly nodded. She was scared of her best friend. If Wendy had something in her mind, she would surely do it.
