After a funny (and pretty cold) snowball match, both Irene and Seulgi walked back to the school. Some of the students council members were dismantling the booths and different other activities of the recent anniversary. She saw Wendy and Rosie.

With a smile, they greeted each other. As Irene wasn't paying attention to her, Wendy also gave her two thumbs up and bit her lip. Seulgi just rolled her eyes, but Wendy winked. This stupid Canadian...

"Can I come to your dorm? I don't wanna be alone with Jihyo", Irene pouted as they passed the main tracts.

"What's wrong with Jihyo? I thought you get along with each other."

"She is learning math."

"Oh."

"Yeah."

So basically Irene accompanied Seulgi. Of course, she could understand why the latter didn't want to be alone with her friend. Jihyo quickly got a mental breakdown and started to scream when she was learning math.

"Hey my lovely roommates-in-law", Irene announced as she entered Seulgi's dorm. She stayed muted.

"Again? Can't you just both sleep under the roof?" Yeri groaned and continued to play her videogame.

"Yeri I swear to god I'll throw that phone out of the window." Seulgi yelled and grabbed the item, completely ignoring the girl's last sentence. Yeri started to whine and insulted her, but Seulgi really didn't care.

Irene watched the spectacle from her bed, like Jennie. Mina was again reading a book.

After a while, they all have calmed down although Yeri was still pissed.

"Guys I go to the boy's dorms now. Has somebody seen my Brogle silver necklace?", Jennie declared and jumped off her bed.

"You ALWAYS put it back to your jewelry box.", Yeri mentioned with the blanket over her head. Seulgi silently chuckled at the view.

"Yeah, you're right." Jennie headed toward the cupboard and opened it. "It's just that I-", she broke her sentence with a high-pitched scream. Seulgi flinched, as Irene.

"Bro do you have to shout like this?!", Yeri mumbled.

But Jennie didn't answered. She was just staring into the box, her gaze full of shock.

"It- it's empty." Her voice was trembling. Her hands shaking.

Seulgi immediately left her bed. She had to see it with her own eyes. But Jennie was right. The box was empty. All the jewelry her friend possessed was gone. Disappeared. Missed. Gone. The only thing that was left was a pair of earrings with an opal. Her only earrings.

"Fuck", Jennie sweared and stroked her hair. "Fuck fuck fuck!" Seulgi could hear how her breath became faster and uncontrolled, so she tried to comfort her friend. Without success.

Mina got up too. She passed them and headed to the cupboard where they store their property.

"Mine is empty too."

A gasp filled the air.

Now Yeri got up. "Fuck!", was the only word that escaped her mouth.

"THAT JEWELRY COSTED MORE THAN THOUSAND BUCKS", Jennie yelled and smashed the empty box into a corner.

"How should I tell that dad?!" She cupped her own face and stared at them, her eyes still in shock.

"Seulgi, what's with you? Something missing?", Mina asked her.

She looked around, but slightly shook her head. "I don't have any jewelry. Except of a ring out of plastic." Suddenly she felt so bad since she was in comparison to her dormmates so poor, but that quickly disappeared as Mina raised her voice.

"It's the same as with Lisa. Stolen."

As fast as they could, Yeri, Irene and Seulgi headed toward her girlfriend's dorm. Seulgi's mind was spinning and spinning, trying to find a senseful explanation for all of this. But it was impossible.

They entered the dorm without a knocking. Jihyo was still learning.

"Jihyo, check all your jewelry you have!", Yeri instructed. The latter looked at her, a bit confused, but then followed her instructions.

"Shit! Seulgi!", Irene blurted out. She showed her a small wooden box with a velvet cushion in it. Empty. Seulgi gasped.

"Guys I don't know what you wanna tell me but my ring is still here. And my earrings too." Jihyo frowned and scanned the room like they have pranked her.

"That absolutely makes no sense... Except of- YOU ARE THE THIEF!", Yeri pointed at the girl with widen eyes.

"Yeri calm down. Don't blame random people", Seulgi said in a strict tone.

Jihyo looked at them, still confused. "Which thief? Have I missed something?"

Nobody answered her. Irene was close to fainting, Yeri did exactly the opposite and tried to calm down herself, and Seulgi was overthinking her whole life. How could this happen? How could someone steal all their jewelry. Or better said: Just a part of it. Jihyo's items were still left. Jennie's earring too. Irene's were gone, like Yeri. Where was the connection?!

"When have you seen your stuff for the last time?", Seulgi asked after she had successed to clear up her mind.

Irene looked up. "Yesterday morning. I have put on my favourite earrings. I am still wearing them." She showed her the small little emeralds.

Seulgi faced Yeri.

"I haven't really payed attention to it. Maybe a week ago?"Yeri shrugged, but Seulgi huffed in exapsteration. This wasn't really helpful. Especially without the information of Jennie and Mina.

Suddenly, the door flight open, a small raven-haired woman in the frame.

"Is your jewelry maybe disappeared?"

library; 8pm

"I told you something will happen", I claimed, being a little bit proud of myself. She rolled her eyes.

"Malicious."

"That's not malicious. I am just realistic. We both expected that, come on."

She looked away. Why was she so stubborn? "Okay, fine, then not."

We both stayed silent. It was already late. The library was normally full of students, but not at sunday, not right after the anniversary.

"The fire alarm was a distraction, right?", she mumbled. I smirked and shrugged. "I guess so."

But she wasn't smiling. Her face showed me the seriousness behind every statement. It send me chills down my spine.

"We aren't alone. Somebody is looking for the same as we do."
