After knocking he walked inside the room to found his dad was reading a book..He smiled seeing his son and patted a seat beside him.. Instead of sitting he laid down keeping his head on his dad's lap..

"What happen beta Malhotra?" He asked and he nodded in no smiling.. Thou His dad knew the smile was fake.. "Kya hua Manik?" Raj questioned..

"Ssshh bass stop crying" he caressed his hair and back to calm him down.."She is blam..ing me dad" raj has tears in his eyes seeing his son's broken state.. "She accepted Ayan but not me"

"Everything will be alright baccha she is just angry but she loves you very much" raj said softly..

Neonika who was standing at door with Ayan in her arms cried seeing his son.. Neither she nor Raj knew what had happened between Manik and Nandini and why they divorced all off a sudden they tried to ask manik but he didn't say anything and just left.. She was just angry on his son but she couldn't hate him..

She was about to walk inside the room just then she heard door bell rang.. Turning her heels she went to open the door..

"Don't cry dad it's not good for your health" he wiped his dad's tears "what about you huh? Tu bhi rona bandh kar" raj said and he smiled wiping his tears..

Hearing a knock both dad and son's eyes snapped at the direction.. They found Murthy's standing with Neonika..

They walked inside and manik immediately got up from the bed and walked towards Neonika to take Ayan from her.. "Mom give ayan to me I am going to my room" he muttered taking Ayan in his arms and about to leave but stopped as he heard her speaking..

"Arre manik wait na" Nandini said and he turned towards her "we are here to invite you all" Nandini further added walking towards him..

"I am getting engaged and here is the invitation card" she said forwarding the card to him while he was too shocked to react..

"I hope you will come" His eyes wandered on her face and that smile.. He wasn't in a state to comprehend that the smile was fake or real.. But the main thing she was smiling.. Not with him but atleast with some other person..

She was happy thou he wasn't the reason behind but it's ok.. Her happiness matters the most..

He couldn't give the happiness but someone was there and he was thankful to God..

"I will come" He said smiling taking the card from left hand as he was holding ayan from right.."And don't forget to take your wife with you" she further added which confuse Raj and Neonika..

Manik stared at his parents and nodded in no as if telling them to not to say anything to her..
