After we were ready, Donghyuck and I spent the remaining time playing video games, eating and watching TV shows. The night finally came and we decided to go separately since Mark was picking him up. The distance between my house and Mark's house was a few minutes away so I walked there alone.

Everyday I feel like I'm spending my time with Donghyuck wisely, but it was always ruined by someone. I mean, they've known each other longer then I did with him. It isn't really something I should be mad about though.

Sometimes I also got this feeling that Mark is treating him wrongly. He's basically controlling Donghyuck, I could see that. I believe he was being conscious every time Donghyuck comes to my house. It doesn't seem like it but that's what I think, personally. But again, who am I to jump to conclusions about him.

The moment I arrived at his house, the song being played was boosted loudly. Mark's house is in another neighbourhood. I would call it the rich-people area because of how big the houses were and they had big pools built at the backyard. The porch is also huge, which could probably fit ten cars.

So this is how high school parties are. I winced at the smell of sweat mixed with perfume and food. It has always been like this when I went clubbing, but it has been long since I went there but I adapted to the environment in a few minutes.

I slid pass between people grinding their bodies at each other, soon reaching the kitchen, which was less crowded. There were bottles of drink lined up on the kitchen counter and the students were all fighting to take the drink before it finishes. I had always hated the bitter taste of alcohol and I didn't feel like drinking at the moment.

I moved on to the back yard, where most of them are, taking turns to dive into the pool. There were also people sitting in a circle at one of the corners playing the old classic truth or dare. I wanted to look for Donghyuck but before I could even move, someone wrapped their arms around my shoulder, pulling me close to them.

"My baby deer is finally here! Wanna play a game of truth or dare? Or maybe table games? Its your first time right? Have a little fun!" Jaemin yells at me, overlapping the music and chatters.

"I'm actually looking for Donghyuck," I replied, hoping that he'll tell me where his whereabouts are.

"Oh! He's in the living room playing who snorts faster. As funny as it sounds, it actually pretty fu-," before he could even finish his sentence, I walked away as fast as I could to go to the living room. This is definitely not the Donghyuck I know. He's pretty much wasted and I'm not letting him ruin his life even more with a substance that could damage him.

I saw a lot of people surrounding a big table in the living room, cheering for Donghyuck and a random guy that I didn't even know existed. I squeezed pass a few people and as soon as I was standing behind the boy I was looking for, I snaked my hands around his torso and pulled him into crowd.

"Hey it was my turn!" He yells but not loud enough for the people around him to hear. The cheering for Donghyuck finally stopped and now they were cheering for another person. I dragged him out of the place and made him sit down on a couch.

He sniffs and looks at me with tired eyes. "Sungchan! Why did you do that to me," he frowns and pretended to cry. "I was having a lot of fun," he mutters, dragging the n. "You are not doing that,"

"Don't go there again. I don't care if you drink but drugging yourself is too much," I left for a minute to grab some water for him in the kitchen. I saw Chenle right by the sink, talking to Jisung. "Sungchan! How's the party going?" He asked.

"It stinks," I said playfully. Both of them laughed and went on with their business. I continued to take a glass of water and when I went back to the living room, Donghyuck wasn't there anymore. I put the glass down and ran to the crowd, but he wasn't there as well.

I searched for him in the backyard, but sadly he was nowhere to be found there either. At least he's not going back to that specific table then I think it would be fine. I walked back to main area where most people were dancing. I sat on the couch alone and stare at the people swaying their hips, glancing from one person to another.

In the middle of the crowd, I spotted Donghyuck, still in his red silk button up, looking pretty effortlessly despite being drunk. He was dancing alone, but a person joined him and danced along with him. He was wearing a black shirt underneath a dark green jacket. He paired it up with a pair of black jeans and chains around his neck. He looks good, I'm not going to deny, but I hate how he was touching Donghyuck everywhere.

Mark pulled him closer, pressing their bodies together. He looks at Donghyuck with pure lust in his eyes and kissed him messily. They caught up to each others pace and they went for a very deep kiss. Donghyuck's back was facing me while Mark faces me. I looked at them in disgust, but what made my heart drop was the stare that Mark was giving me.

It was intense, but he was still kissing the boy in front of him. His looks told me that he knows that I like Donghyuck, his partner. I broke the stare and decided to get out of there as soon as possible. When I reached the front gate, someone stopped me and turned me around.

"So tell me, you like him don't you?" Mark smirks at me and took out a stick of cigarette. "What are you talking about hyung?" I laughed it off. The tension between us was pressuring me unlike Mark who looks calm.

"You don't have to be formal with me. Tell me, what is so special about Donghyuck?" he lights up the stick and inhaled the substance. "I don't like him," I said sternly. "You don't have to hide your feelings Sungchan. The way you look at him and talk to him is obvious that you like him,"

"You know what? Take him, for all I care," he rolls his eyes and blows the smoke towards my face, making me cough. "I got tired of using him anyway," his words irritated me.

"What the fuck did you just say?" I grabbed him by his shirt and pulled him closer towards me. "Someone's mad, but isn't it good that I'm passing him to you? He's very good in bed I can tell you that,"

One punch, and that was it.

He falls to the ground and threw the cigarette away angrily. "I hate arguing you know that," he stands up and punched me back. He kicks me to the ground which resulted me in hitting the gate. I fell to the ground but before I could stand up, he had already stood in front of me and hit my face again.

"Fuck it has been so long," he smirks and steps on my chest. "Don't make me come for you again, you son of a bitch," he kicks my torso and walked back into the house. The people outside were looking at me and I couldn't bear the stare anymore. I got up from the ground and left the party.

The corner of my lips were bloody but other than that, everything is fine. Moral of the story, don't go to a high school party, cause the people there are filled with bullshit.

The moment I got back to my house, I rinsed myself and changed into my night clothes. I sat comfortably on my bed and watched a bunch of movies alone which is much more better than that stupid party.

His punch didn't hurt, but if I didn't control myself back at the party, I could've left him lifeless on the floor. What he said was unacceptable, even if he wasn't talking about Donghyuck I would still be pissed off.

Is this what he meant when he said Mark confuses him? Now that I know that Donghyuck has been in a toxic relationship, I do understand him that its actually a topic that is hard to open up about.

Either way, I would honestly rather go to a club than that cramped up house.
