It's a short one, but we're getting to my favorite section so try to accept the short chapters cuz it's gonna get good.

Chapter 13

"So I called the agency today," Eijirou said, resting his head back against Katsuki's stomach.

"What for?" he asked, his hands continuing to work their way through his hair.

"You know, work stuff. Since I'm home now I thought I'd call and ask about recoveryand how that works with work. Obviously I can't be doing patrols or missions, so I asked what they wanted me to do," he answered, reaching a hand back to gently rub over Katsuki's belly.

"Oh. What'd they say? Don't tell me you're out of a fucking job-"

"No, no. Don't worry, I still have my job. Well I have a new one too. I'm gonna be working with you. At U.A.," he was obviously excited to give the news as he tilted his head up from where it sat on Katsuki's lap and stomach to look up at him with a big smile.

"Damn, really? A teacher? What'll you teach?" He moved Eijirou's head so it was facing forward again, combing all his hair back with his fingers and beginning to French braid it. While doing so he noticed the few inches it had grown since highschool. Now it rested just below his shoulders. Of course, he'd been cutting it. Otherwise it would be around his waist. Along with the length, he noticed the red dye toward the end was fading and his roots were showing as it had been over a month since he re-dyed it. Katsuki thought it was better that way. It caused less damage to his hair.

"Well, they didn't have any open teaching spots so I'll substitute occasionally. But most of the time I'll be a helper teacher.. for you. They thought since you were so close to your due date-"

"I still have a month left, fuck them!"

"Hey, chill! It's just so you don't have to be on your feet as much and you have a second brain to help out with stuff. You know, with pregnancy brain and all I know you've had a tough time remembering some stuff in class. Along with that, we're married and they thought that it would be an added benefit because I would be able to take you to the hospital should you go into labor at the school," he explained, rationalizing it all.

Katsuki huffed. "I'm only okay with this because I want to see you more. I just wish the bastards talked with me about it first."

Eijirou nodded and put his hand on his knee, squeezing it gently. "Yeah. Honestly, I thought they did, but you hadn't said anything about it so I second guessed myself on that. But it'll only be for about a month then we have three months of parental leave and then probably back to hero work after."

Katsuki nodded, though being behind him made it so Eijirou couldn't actually see him nodding. "Technically speaking, I still have five weeks left. That's over a month."

"Well if we're being technical, then technically it's 11:30 pm and we're both still awake."

"Eijirouuu!" Katsuki whined, "Just let me finish your braid then we can sleep!"

"Alright, alright. You've convinced me. But we should sleep soon. You and the babies all need good rest and I can feel that they are not resting."

"I'm almost done. But you have to sleep in it. I want to see your hair wavy."

Eijirou laughed and tilted his head to kiss his stomach. "Anything you want, sweetie."

Four days later, Monday morning

"Wake up, problem children, wake up," Katsuki yelled, walking around the desks placing small black iced coffees on each of the desks, "I bought these with my own money so you better drink them. There's cream, sugar, and flavoring up at the front but you'll have to actually use your legs to get them."

There was a mix of groans and cheers throughout the classroom. He smirked triumphantly as he sank down in his chair. "Alright then. Today is a special day. In fact, it is also a special week. Don't let any student convince you to give them your coffee because they think they aren't getting anything. All my students will be getting some sort of food at the beginning of my classes. So just enjoy the damn coffee." There was a chorus of 'thank you's circling around the room. "Okay, as for your first surprise of the day...." he looked to the door and spoke loudly, "Angel, you can come in now." Whispers, mumbles, and giggles were heard through the room.

The door handle jiggled a few times before Eijirou laughed from the other side. "Katsuki, I can't get it open," he whined.

"Oh my god, you himbo-" he huffed out a laugh and started to stand.

"Wait- wait! I got it! I got it!" he exclaimed, the door swinging open and hitting the wall. Eijirou stood, balanced on crutches, with a triumphant smile on his face.

Katsuki pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed, a laugh bubbling up in his chest and softly spilling from his lips. At that, the students looked to Eijirou in shock. "How..." one of the students started, "How did you do that...?"

"Do what?"

"Make him laugh!! How did you do that?!" they exclaimed.

Eijirou laughed, looking over to Katsuki which only spurred on both their laughter. The students looked both amused and confused.

Once they both calmed down, Katsuki stood and walked to Eijirou. He reached up and put a hand on his shoulder, huffing. "You messed up the introduction plan, idiot."

"There was a plan?" he chuckled.

"I told you this morning!!"

"You mean this morning when the girls were harassing me to do everything for them when I couldn't even get dressed without your help? I was preoccupied, babe," he explained, trying not to sound defensive.

Katsuki rolled his eyes and looked back to the students. "Fine, I'll just improvise because I can't have anything structured anymore. So, this is Red Riot which you probably already know. You also know he's my husband-"

"Gay!" someone interrupted with a laugh.

Katsuki pinned his gaze on them, his eyes narrowing and turning into a glare. "You got a problem with that, brat?"

"No! I don't- I'm gay too! Sorry, it was a bad joke!"

"Just keep your mouth shut, you're embarrassing yourself," he huffed.

"Katsuki, that's mean," Eijirou sighed.

"They can take it. Moving on. I'm married to this himbo," he motioned to Eijirou, "He got injured in a fight a month back, which you also know. He can't go back to work yet because he's still recovering so he'll be working here with me as a sort of... helper teacher. You can ask him the same questions as you'd ask me. If you need someone to go to your desk to help with something, it'll probably be him because I would like to not stand as much as possible. That's pretty much it. Anyone have any questions?"

Nearly every hand shot up in the air. He sighed. "Nevermind, I'm not answering any questions," he said, waddling back to his desk. He looked over to Eijirou and motioned to a seat sitting against the wall next to his desk, "You can sit, Red."

Eijirou hobbled over to the chair and sat down, putting his crutches under it. Katsuki nodded and looked back to the class. "Okay. Hands down, I already said nevermind to the questions," the hands slowly lowered as the class groaned, "This week, you're going to be getting extra training. So instead of our normal work, you're going to join Eraserhead's class and you're all going to train together. This starts today and ends Friday. For the rest of the week, I want you to go to the fields instead of the classroom to meet. I don't care about the weather, we're training on the fields no matter what. Everyone understand?"

There was a chorus of 'yes's. He scoffed and nodded, "Good. Get your asses up and grab your bags. We're going to the frields."
