Chapter 18

"Babe- Babe- EIJIROU! Slow the hell down!" Katsuki yelled, holding onto a bookshelf and panting.

Eijirou turned around, looking slightly guilty, "Sorry, Katsuki... I just- I'm really anxious to get this stuff quickly!"

"Yeah, yeah. But you gotta slow down. I'm 39 weeks pregnant with triplets, I can't walk as fast as you. I can barely actually walk," Katsuki huffed.

"I'm sorry, baby. Do you wanna go wait in the car? It's still a pretty long walk. I could see if they have wheelchairs?" Eijirou suggested.

"Fuck. No, I'm fine. I want to help, I just..." he took a deep breath, "Just need to sit for a bit. Talk about this and narrow it down without actually walking everywhere."

"Yeah, that works. I just want you to be comfortable, my love," he said with a smile, helping him over to one of the chairs in a showroom.

They were at IKEA. The exact crib they had picked for the other two babies was out of stock, so they had to find another. On top of that, they were both indecisive.

Katsuki sank down on the chair, nearly moaning at how great it felt to be off his swollen feet. He dropped his head down so his chin was touching his chest and sighed. "I'm so tired..." he mumbled.

Eijirou pulled up a chair next to him, gently maneuvering him so he was resting against his side, his head now on Eijirou's shoulder. "I know. You're doing amazing, princess. You're doing so so well."

Katsuki smiled slightly. "Thank you..."

Eijirou smiled with him. He furrowed his eyebrows when he noticed something. "Babe. It's been three days and I never asked. Is the third baby a girl or a boy?"

"Another baby boy," he answered, slowly rubbing his bump and sighing again, "Two boys and one girl."

Eijirou smiled wider. "A boy... that's amazing, Lemon Bear!"

Katsuki nodded. "Mhmm.... it's not as exciting when they're doing-" he groaned and shifted slightly, "aerobics inside you."

Eijirou laughed softly. "So what's your personal criteria for the crib?"

"Hm.. it has to be similar to the other two. I don't want it to look like we're separating them based on when we found out. It has to be sturdy. And I don't want him to be able to climb out when he's older. But I still need to be able to reach over to grab him. And I want to be able to attach one of those hangy spinny thingys to the side of it. And I need the wood to be perfect with no splinters or any possibility of splinters."

Eijirou nodded. "Yeah. I don't think I have anything different than that," he said, "But none of them have been right..."

"Because it took us three months to choose the first cribs!" he groaned, "It took us three months to find the perfect ones and now the perfect ones are gone and I'm not settling for anything below perfect for any of my babies."

"I know, honey, neither am I... Do you think we can start walking again?"

He shook his head, "My ankles are swollen... I don't think I can walk farther than three feet."

"Okay, well..." he looked down and noticed Katsuki's chair had wheels, "Oh! Oh, I can just push you around in this!"

"Yeah, whatever. Just don't knock me over."

Eijirou smiled and unlocked the wheels on the chair. He got behind it and started to push it out of the showroom into the hall.

A security guard stopped them. "I'm sorry," he said, "But pushing around that chair is a hazard to the other people in the store. Also, it needs to be left in the room it was in."
