7.15 Jungkook, Be Mine!

Seokjin was on the phone with Namjoon when Jungkook coming back from his meeting with the supplier. The director's face wrinkles. Jungkook can't read the reaction.

Jungkook coming back to work a few days ago despite his growing hate towards the director, for making him cheating behind his boyfriend's.

"I'm sorry, Jin.. They.. Found him.." said Namjoon on the lines.

Seokjin jerk up from his leather chair. "Where is he, Joon?? Tell me!"

"Hey.. Calm down.."

"Tell me the address, Joon!" he grab a pen, writing something on the paper. After that, he ends the call, taking his brown jacket and leave the office hurriedly.

Jungkook gets up, tip toeing, peeking behind the door to check if he'd left or not. Only when he's assured that Seokjin has left, he go to the director's desk, checking the paper. There's deep trace of handwriting on the paper, as Seokjin's writing the notes with force.

He take a pencil and draw lines on the paper.

"92, Gangseo District.." he read the words on the paper, tilting his head.

"Why would he go there..?" he wonder.

Everyone knows how dangerous the district for an outsider to enter. But judging by Seokjin's stances just now, he knew the director is going to the place.

Jungkook glance at his watch. 10 minutes past 4. He still have around an hour before time out. He rub his neck. The curiosity hits him hard.

"... Ah, fuck it." he dash to his desk, taking his coat and leave, planning to follow the director.

"Huh? Jungkook? Where are you going??" asked Hoseok when he bump into him in the hallway.

"Field work, hyung! Gotta go!" he lied.

Taking a cab, he asked the driver to go to the place where Seokjin is heading to. He knew he shouldn't do this but he just want to know what's making Seokjin so anxious and angry just now.

From far, Jungkook can see three police car with an ambulance in front of an abandoned building. He sees Seokjin's car among those vehicles but he didn't see Seokjin. There's another black car parked not far from those locations.

"Sir, are you going or not?" asked the driver, not wanting to stay there. He got money to earn and Jungkook is wasting his time.

"..." Jungkook contemplate, to go or to stay in the car. He was curious but afraid in the same time.

"I'm sorry, thank you." he made up his decision. He take out sums of money and hand it over to the driver, get out from the taxi.

'It's nothing, right? They're police there. I have nothing to afraid of.'

He take a deep breath before making a move towards the abandoned building. But then, he stop. He sees Seokjin with the medical team, with someone else on the stretcher. And then, he sees a tall man holding on Seokjin, supporting the director to stand when he's about to fall.

Jungkook didn't understand whatever that happened before his eyes but he knew Seokjin is crying, being extremely sad. He can hear the director's wailing, crying with pain from where he's standing.

He want to hug him, patting his back, wipe his tears but his feet freeze, refused to move.

Jungkook hugging his knees, sitting silently on his bed, grasping his phone tight.

After the incident, he go back straight to the office, searching for clues from Seokjin's desk. Fortunately, he found Namjoon's name card inside the drawer from the desk. The name rings a bell as he remembered there was a student from their school that was a bit less popular than him for being a genius.

He contact Namjoon and starts asking this and that about Seokjin. At first, Namjoon was hesitate to tell him but when he mentioned Jimin's name, the latter's opened up the story.

Thats when he knew, that Seokjin's was supposed to marry Jimin last year, but was cancel when Jimin suddenly breaking their relationship, leaving to Korea with his new boyfriend.

Yes. Jimin cheated on Seokjin. But Seokjin never accept that fact and waiting for Jimin to come back into his embrace and they can continue their marriage.

When his company wanting him to help their business in Korea, he refused. He want to stay in LA, thinking Jimin will come back. But after months, he starts to realised that it was an empty hope. He eventually agree to go to Korea.

He loves Jimin too much that he asked Namjoon to hired private investigators to tracks him. Only after three months, one of the PI reached out to Namjoon telling about Jimin.

Unfortunately, when they found him, Jimin was already in comatose, due to domestic violence by his new boyfriend; an escaped criminal. He was beaten hard on his head that's making him lost his consciousness. Even the doctor didn't know if he will waking up or not.

I think this'll explains everything. Let's move on to the next phase. I can't wait to end this.
